We’ve Made SO MANY Mistakes
Oct 16, 2024When we made the decision to move to Spain we decided to do it all on our own.
This means we made a TON of mistakes, like...
- Spending thousands exchanging dollars to euros
- Overpaying for medical insurance by at least €500
- Messing up on both our US and Spanish tax returns 😱
- Not changing our bank verification info and almost losing access to our US bank accounts
- Spending around 300 euros on low quality furniture and house decor (that broke in under a year 🙄) because we didn't know where to shop
- And so many more little mistakes...
We also did all of this while pregnant. And it was HARD.
We had no support, no idea of what steps we needed to take, and had to use Reddit, FB groups and Google to get answers to our most basic questions 🤦♀️.
We don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did.
We want you to be able to just move through the steps with the certainty that you're doing it right. We want you to be able to get all of your questions answered. And we want you to not feel alone, especially when everyone around you might think you've gone mad...
Our goal is to support you the whole way through and to help you avoid the challenges we ran into along the way.
